Troubleshooting:

Issue:

Powerchair hourglass shows on display and does not go away

Solution:

Unplug Ctrl+5 and turn chair off.

Plug Ctrl+5 back in and turn chair on.

Issue:

New button assignments are not loading on the device.

Solution:

Unplug Ctrl+5 and turn chair off.

Power cycle (turn off and turn back on) the chair and retry button

assignments to ensure they function as intended.
