the  Main  Frame  of  the 
treadmill  or  the  ground 
isn’t level.

 

Remove the object 
Move  the  treadmill  to  level

The Lock Knob is loose 

Tighten the Lock Knob 

Noise from moving parts 

Hardware;  nuts  bolts  or 
screws are loose 

Inspect

Running  Belt  and  Board 
are not lubricated
