Handlebar Tube

into the
Main Frame
(No. 1)

(4) Secure with
4 Washers (No.
36)
and
4 Screws (No. 37)
.
(5) Rotate the
Cover (No. 27)
and lower it, so the bottom of the
Cover (No. 27)
inserts into the
slot on the
Front Base Support
(No. 7)
.
The assembly is complete!
