Sunleaves Product Warranty Claims
In the event that your Portable Air Conditioner fails to operate, we rec-
ommend first returning it to the place of purchase. Often times the supplier
will be able to examine the Portable Air Conditioner in closer detail. If the
dealer is unable to resolve the problem, or if you prefer to deal directly with
Sunleaves Garden Products, simply follow these instructions:
1. Call a Return Authorization Specialist toll-free at 888-464-9676
to obtain a Return Authorization number for warranty service as
well as the shipping address to send your Portable Air Conditioner
in for repairs.
2. Carefully package problem Portable Air Conditioner. BE SURE TO WRITE
YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
PACKAGE.
3. Complete the form below and enclose it with your shipment along
with a legible copy of your properly dated sales receipt. Because
Sunleaves is not responsible for damages in shipping, we recommend
insuring your package.
Note: Warranty claims which are not clearly
marked with your Return Authorization Number will be returned
unopened to sender. Please allow eight to ten weeks for the return
of your Portable Air Conditioner.

Limited 1-Year Warranty Terms
Subject to the following limitations, Sunleaves Garden Products warrants that the Portable Air
Conditioner will, for 1 (one) year from date of original retail purchase, but not exceeding two
years from date of manufacture, remain free from appearance of defects in workmanship or
materials. This warranty is subject to the following limitations: (a) manufacturer’s liability is limited
to the replacement or repair of the unit, as decided by the manufacturer; (b) a defective unit must
be returned, prepaid, with proof of purchase, to the point of purchase or as instructed below; and
(c) this warranty does not apply to defects resulting from the alteration, abuse, accidental damage,
unauthorized repair, or misuse of the unit. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties,
guarantees, and conditions on manufacturer’s part, and the manufacturer shall have no tortious
or other liability in respect to this Portable Air Conditioner.
Sunleaves Portable Air Conditioners are protected against manufacturer defect by a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Portable Air Conditioner Warranty is Void if:
• NOT ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE.
• AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN WIRED IN A MANNER DIFFERENT FROM MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATION.
• AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN USED IN A NON-STANDARD WAY INCLUDING GENERAL MISUSE AND OUTDOOR USE.
• AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF ACCIDENT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, FIRE, FLOOD, OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER.
