SUNJOY INDUSTRIES GROUP, INC., warrants to the original Consumer Purchaser, for a
period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase, that this product is free from defects
in material and workmanship when assembled in accordance with the foregoing assembly
instructions and used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions.This warranty
is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by modification
or improper handling, installation, or use of this product. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE
PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, NEGLIGENCE,
IMPROPER SERVICE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE
PRODUCT, OR OTHER CAUSES NOT ARISING OUT OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND
WORKMANSHIP. THIS WARRANTY IS ALSO VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS IN ANY WAY
ABUSED, OR IF USED FOR OTHER THAN PERSONAL, OUTDOOR RESIDENTIAL USE.
During the above warranty period, SUNJOY INDUSTRIES GROUP, INC., will repair or
replace, with a comparable product or component thereof, any product which may prove
defective under normal use and proper care, and which our examination shall disclose to our
satisfaction to be thus defective. Please note that, while SUNJOY INDUSTRIES GROUP, INC.,
will repair or replace a defective product or a component thereof under this warranty at no
charge, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping and labor costs related to replacing or
repairing defective components under this warranty. The maximum amount recoverable under
this warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the product and, if SUNJOY INDUSTRIES
GROUP, INC., is unable to provide replacement or repair in an expedient and cost-effective
manner, SUNJOY INDUSTRIES GROUP, INC., may discharge all obligations under this
warranty by refunding the purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may
vary, from state to state.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED N DURATION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY PERIOD. SUNJOY
INDUSTRIES GROUP, INC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT
OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES CAUSED
BY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential
or incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
