10.5 Fault in GPS positioning
Check antenna and cable (chapter 6.2).
Change your location, so there isn’t any obstructions that might prevent signal.
Reset telematics card as it have been advised in section 3.2.3.
10.6 Keyboard or mouse doesn’t work
Check connections.
Check if any key is get stuck.

the complete user guide from CD-ROM that has been delivered with the device.
Start the application by clicking its icon in Windows’ Control panel
