According to the
background monitoring
device, some device in the
PV array is abnormally
disconnected.
1. RS485 cable is
abnormal.
1. Measure the voltage between
RS485–A and RS485–B with a
multimeter, and check whether
the voltage is about 5V.
2. There are
repeated device
addresses in the PV
array.
2. Check whether there are
repeated device addresses.
3. Parameters of
Logger3000 are
incorrectly
configured.

4. Master and slave
node modules of the

the modules are abnormal.
