INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING BATTERIES:

Please note the following for handling batteries.

Never throw batteries into a fire. Do not attempt to charge non-

rechargeable batteries. Danger of explosion and injury.

• Only replace batteries with the same or an equivalent battery

   type.

• Always replace all the batteries at the same time and do not use

new batteries with used ones or batteries with different charge

   levels.

• Never attempt to open batteries.

• Never carry out soldering or welding work on batteries. Danger

   of explosion and injury.

• The connections must not be short-circuited.

• Ensure that you insert the batteries the right way round.

• Refer to the polarity (+) / (-) marks on the battery and on the

battery compartment (7). Incorrectly inserted batteries may

cause them to leak or in extreme cases may cause a fire or

  explosion.

• Never expose batteries to excessive heat (for example strong

sunlight or fire). The batteries may explode.

• Check the batteries at regular intervals. Leaking batteries may

  damage the device.

• Remove exhausted batteries. Also remove the batteries if you

know that you won‘t be using the product for a lengthy period

of time. Otherwise the batteries may leak and damage the

   device.

• Remove the batteries before disposing of the device.
