Please take care when operating and handling the SUMO ST360.

Remember the SUMO ST360’s screen is breakable and excessive pressure should
not be applied.

Use the stylus whenever you are able, this will help maintain clarity and cleanliness of
the device.
u
Prolonged exposure of the screen to direct sunlight is not recommended, when using
the SUMO ST360 outside, face the unit away from the sun to reduce glare.
u
Do not use any other power supply other than the one supplied with the unit.
u
If smoke, strange odour or abnormal noise are present, power the unit off and
disconnect from all power sources and isolate the battery (switch provided on rear).
Then contact the device supplier as disassembly of the unit will immediately void any
warranty.

Operate the fingerprint scanner with clean fingers this avoids damaging the surface of
the sensor.
The SUMO ST360
Basic Features
The SUMO ST360 comes equipped with a bright and responsive touch display, a USB
port, a CompactFlash slot and embedded networking equipment such as wireless LAN
and Bluetooth. The basic features of the SUMO ST360 are complimented by a large
range of optional accessories, these include: battery expansion, docking cradles and
carrying cases that allow for a complete user experience.
SUMO ST360's typically have integrated 802.11b/g or 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN adapter.
If the unit does not come with the typical adapter, consult your device provider to
establish the desired network connectivity.
Operation
Internal Battery Switch
During transit and storage, the internal battery is switched off, this is to eliminate battery
drain. For the unit to function this switch must be in the on position (up), even when using
an external battery pack
