Slide the swaged end of the Seat Frame - Left (
item A
) into the Jog Tube - Left (
item C
) and secure together using (1) 40mm
bolt and locknut.
See figure 1 and 2
.
Note: Jog Tube must be oriented as shown in figure 2.

Repeat this process for Seat Frame - Right (
item B
) and Jog Tube - Right (
item D
).
3.
Lay the Foot Platform (
item E
) on a table. Insert the Seat Frame subassemblies into the Foot Platform as shown in
figure 3
.
Insert (1) 50mm bolt and locknut to hold this location. Thread the locknut just tight enough to retain the tube on the bolt.
Note: This bolt will be removed in a later step.
Note: The welded tabs on the Seat Frame subassemblies should be facing toward the center of the Foot Platform.
4.
Place the V-Plate Frame (
item F
) between the two Seat Frame subassemblies as shown in
figure 4
with the welded teeth plate
pointed UP. Insert (1) 50mm bolt in the BACK hole on each side and secure with locknuts on both bolts.
Note: The front hole will remain open until a later step.

• 13mm Wrenches and / or Socket / Ratchet
- Assembly can be made easier by the use of a powered ratchet or drill with socket adapter (take care not to overtighten
when using power tools to assemble)
- It is recommended that all bolts be sorted by thread count / length prior to assembly.
** Assemble entire product before fully tightening any bolts / lock nuts.
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN the bolts and nuts to the point that the tubing becomes deformed or bent.
