Insert guide rail into plate and secure with grub screw. The
front face of the guide rail must be flush with the front of
the plate.
Slide the trip dog onto the guide rail and secure it with the
grub screw.
Wire proximity switch and check whether the trip cam is
detected cleanly. Push trip cam to desired position and
secure.
Disassembly is carried out in reverse order. The machine
must be switched off and secured against restarting be-
fore any manipulation of the sensor cam.

Place the switching cam on the guide rail in such a way
that it represents the zero point/start point of the respec-
tive program. A signal is output by the proximity switch
at the zero point. The trip cam must be set/placed sepa-
rately by the operator for each program.
If the belt breaks, the pinion will not return to the start point
of the program. Thus, no signal is output by the proximity
switch and thus prevents further switching of the machin-
ing sequence.
