Remove four screws and electrical protection cover (1)
Pull the four control cables through the gland (2).
Connect the cables. Fit protection cover and tighten down
cable gland. Connect to U2, V2, W2 on the controller (see
page 6-7).

Before all work on the machine, it must
first be disconnected from the power sup-
ply.
Only a qualified person familiar with the safety regulations
may start up the machine.
Always conduct test runs without workpieces.
Check the sense of rotation before starting the machine.
The operator must make sure that the components are
integrated and operate safely in the machine.
Only a qualified person may connect the electrical power
supplies in accordance with the local regulations.
The local grounding regulations must be observed and
implemented, and this implementation inspected.
Do not start the machine until the spindle has come to a
stop.
Use only suitable tools, and never modify tools for an ap-
plication they have not been designed for.
After transport, all electrical and mechanical connections
must be examined for damage and loosening, and any
remedial measures taken.
The machine’s working area must be unobstructed and
secured against unauthorized access.
The motor’s and spindle’s sense of rotation may be
checked only when there is no tension in the belt. Correct-
ing a wrong sense of rotation involves swapping over any
