UPDATING THE SYSTEM

If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update, refer to the following table.

Symptom

Cause

Solution

“No server response.” is displayed and software

cannot be downloaded.

The vehicle may be in an area having weak

communication signals.

Move the vehicle to an area where

communication signals can be received

normally. If it is still not possible to download,

contact your SUBARU dealer.

An error occurred at the server. (Server cannot

respond temporarily due to maintenance, etc.)

Wait for the server to return to normal. If it is still

not possible to download, contact your SUBARU

dealer.

“The software install failed.” is displayed.
