Prolonged Periods of Storage  

 

 

After a thorough cleaning of the internal and external components of the M2, the following steps 

should be applied to extend the life of your unit. 

 

Prolonged periods of storage require extra care of the pump to protect from rusting internally. Separate 
the pump (as you would to replace the seal) to dry and spray with a protective oil film. 

 

Prolonged periods of storage require engine preparation. See engine operator’s manual.
