21.5 Troubleshooting High Resolution Switching

The SwitchPoint Infinity® 2 Control System can switch the input selection of the Stryker flat panel displays using
serial commands from any of the 16 RS-232 ports.

21.5.1 Flat Panel Not Switching Properly Between Video and High Resolution

•

Check that the DB-9 connector is connected securely to flat panel with serial input.

21.5.2 Image Not Properly Sized On Flat Panel

•

Check the resolution of the image you are sending. The maximum that a StrykerVision flat panel can
currently display is 1600X1200. The monitor will internally scale anything below that properly.

21.5.3 Wrong Image Being Displayed

•

Check that the flat panel has switched input mode. It can be manually switched if necessary.
