Operating Instructions

WARNING
This fan is to be operated without guards in place to prevent persons and/or objects from contacting
the revolving propeller. Do not get close to the fan after turn on. It may create unsafe conditions.
Set the Thermostat and/or Humidistat to desired condition before operating. Use the screw driver to
turn the arrow of the knob to the desire temperature/humidity mark on the panel of the control box.
To avoid the possibility of overturning the fan, operate on a stable, level surface. Do not move fan
while it is in operation.
Maintenance

Disconnect power before servicing.
Maintain the gable exhaust fan by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in
accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general
condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Also refer to the
engine manufacturer’s instruction manual for additional information about engine maintenance.
1.
Parts replacement and troubleshooting to be performed only by qualified personnel.
2.
Do not depend on any switch as the sole means of disconnecting power when installing or
servicing the fan. Failure to do so may result in fatal electrical shock.
3.
Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc., which are dangerous and will
damage the air circulator.
4.
Turn off the wall switch before servicing or cleaning.
