CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the device before cleaning, let it cool down and release the air in the tank.
- Only qualified personnel or authorized service shall perform all repairs and service.
- Keep the device clean. Remove any dirt with dry soft cloth or dip it in the soap water if necessary. Never use
detergents or solvents like petrol, alcohol, ammonia, etc.! These solvents might damage plastic parts of the
device.
- In case you need to replace something, use solely the original spare parts recommended by the
manufacturer.
OIL REPLACEMENT:
- It is necessary to replace the oil in the compressor’s pump after 100 service hours and then after each 300
service hours or every 3 months. Use the appropriate oil type according to the workplace. In case of
temperatures above 5°C, use the engine oil 15W-40, for temperatures below 5°C use the engine oil 5W-40.
- Place the air compressor on the horizontal, flat and solid surface.
- Put the appropriate vessel under the drain tap of the tank.
- Remove the cap from the filler (14).
- Unscrew the screw from the drain bolt (15).
- Tilt the air compressor slightly backwards and leak its contents.
- Screw the screw back and tighten it properly.
- Fill the tank with normal engine oil until the maximum level of the gauge (16) (app. 250-300 ml). Use only clean
and unused engine oil. Never fill the tank with used or polluted engine oil.
