IMPORTANT:
- Read these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself with the appliance before connecting the cartridge. Keep
these instructions for future reference.
- Use the appliance outdoors or in well-ventilated indoor areas.
- Before connecting the cartridge, check that the gasket (between the appliance and the cartridge) is in place.
- Do not use the appliance if gaskets are damaged or worn.
- Do not use the appliance if it is leaking, damaged or not operating properly.
- The appliance must be used in a well ventilated area in accordance with regulations in force:

for combustion air inflow
•
to prevent dangerous accumulation of non-burnt gaseous fuel near appliances not equipped with a flame
safety device
- The appliance must be operated on a flat horizontal surface
- Ensure that there are no flammable surfaces and materials including foliage within 1 meter of the appliance.
- Replace cartridges only in well ventilated areas, preferably outdoors away from any sources of ignition/combustion
such as open flames, ignition burners, electric lighters, and away from other people.
If gas fuel is leaking from the appliance (if gas fuel can be smelt), immediately move it outdoors to a well-ventilated
area without an open flame, where this leakage can be detected and fixed.
- Only perform a leak test outdoors. Do not try to detect gas leakage using a flame, but use soapy water.
- Use gloves when the appliance is hot.
- Before replacing the cartridge, make sure it is empty (shake it and hear the sound of liquid)
- Before removing the cartridge, make sure the burners are off.
- Before connecting the new cartridge to the appliance, check the gaskets.
- Replace the cartridge outdoors and in a safe distance from other people.
- Do not modify the appliance in any way.
The correct way of connecting the appliance to the cartridge:
To remove the cartridge from the appliance follow the same procedure in reverse order.
