Attaching The Roof Tray To Your Vehicle’s Roof Bar
Important:
To safely attach the roof tray to your vehicle, you will need TWO people to lift the
tray and position onto your vehicle. This helps to prevent any damage/scratches to your
vehicle. Also, before fitting the roof tray, please ensure the roof bars are fitted onto your
vehicle and there should be a minimum of 700mm between each bar (see Figure 4).

1. Carefully place and position the roof tray onto your vehicle’s roof bars (two people required).
2. Then, with the four U Bolts (12), place them through the wire mesh tray onto the roof bars
as shown in Figure 5. Place two on each of the roof bars.
3. To secure in place, use the securing plates (14) and fasten each plate onto U bolt on the
underside of the roof rack using the provided washer (14) and securing nuts (13).
