Adjusting low pressure: For
the low pressure
adjustment, the high
pressure control valve
(
DBV
) must be screwed out
so far that it no longer builds
up pressure.
Then drive the press plate
by manual operation into the
lower home position. When
the cylinder is in the home
position, the "low pressure"
pressure is built up in the
system and it can be read
off at the manometer.
The pressure can now be
regulated via the pressure
sequence valve
(DFV)
. The
pressure must not exceed
60 bar!

Set DFV to the correct low pressure level.
