7. Remove the two power cords at the rear of the fabric switch ( Figure A-5 ).

8. If you are removing the top fabric switch , skip to step .
If you are removing the bottom fabric switch , insert the 1U foam spacer as
follows:
a. Locate the 1U foam spacer in the replacement switch’s packing materials. (It
is pink and rectangular.)
b. Standing at the front of the cabinet, insert the 1U foam spacer under the bottom
switch ( Figure A-6 ).
