Your Grill
The fanned grill
Do not
leave the grill unattended while it is in use. Before you use the grill,
make sure you have placed the grill shelf in the position you need as once the
grill is on you may injure yourself if you try and move the shelf.
The fanned grill uses the half grill as well as the fan, fanned grilling may be
faster than conventional grilling because air is being circulated around the food.
Thin portions of food, such as bacon or fish fillets, may not need turning.
You must always use the fanned grill with the door
closed
.
Switching on the fanned grill

Open the oven door and make sure the shelf is where you would like it to be.

Always keep the door closed while using the fanned grill.
l
Turn the selector control knob to the fanned grill setting.
l
Turn the control knob to the fanned grill symbol and select the heat setting
you require 1 (low) to 5 (high).
l
The fascia cooling fan will come on to keep the control panel and control
knobs cool - it will run for some time after the fanned grill has been turned off.
l
To switch off, turn the control knob to the ‘off’ position.
For best results, pre-heat the grill for about three minutes.
