TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
I cannot power the
player on.
The battery may be low.
Connect your Mobi-MP4 XF50 to
the charging adapter, and
connect the adapter to a power
source for charging the battery.
If the problem results in PC
hanging, press [RESET]. If the
program is damaged, update
the program.
Auto power off after
powering on.
The power is too low. If the
player is not operated for some
minutes, it automatically
powers off.
No response when
pressing a button.
The [LOCK] key is set to locked
position. Move the key to
unlocked position. If the button
remains locked, this means that
the button is faulty.
Saved file not found.
Storage card inserted. The
storage card has priority for
reading data. To save files,
remove the card.
The USB disk is not
displayed after
connection.
Incorrect connection of the USB
cable (loose or broken cable).
Cannot use the video
cable, or no sound
after connection.
The video cable is not
connected to the correct port.
The video connector is yellow,
and the audio connector is red
and white. Check the
connectors.
Impossible to record
the program.
Check the connection of the
video and audio cables. If no
sound is audible, change the
audio connection.
