  With  your  free  hand,  reach  up  to  the 

shoulder strap, pull it forwards to tighten, 
while the hand holding the straps at the 
waist  pulls  them  forward  to  tighten  the 
back panel. Do the same on the other side.

 Tie a double knot at the front.

 Pull the straps tight at the front, guide them back 

beneath

 your child’s legs, cross them under her bottom, pull them back to the front, again

hold them in one hand.
