2.4 Delivery specifications
In order to ensure safe transport the machine is delivered in two separate packages:
I) Single disc sanding machine ESM 1500
II) Guide bar with connecting cable
2.5 Accessories (not included in delivery)
Suction sleeve with 2-channel suction principle for single disc sanding machine ESM 1500.
For health reasons we recommend operating the ESM 1500 sander with a suction sleeve and STORCH industrial vacu-
um cleaner Vac Tec 25 (art. no. 65 15 00) when conducting any sanding / stripping work.
Instructions for assembling the suction sleeve (optional accessory) onto the ESM 1500:
Accessories supplied with the suction sleeve:
Suction ring complete with closure ring, Velcro strap, 2 suction hoses with Y-piece adapter and hose mount.
Step 1:
Tilt the machine to the rear (Fig. 1). Then slide the suction ring onto the outer bottom rubber ring (Fig. 2).
Step 2:
Secure the ring on the left and right-hand side by using the four supplied set screws (Fig. 3).
