A Bypass valve • In PRIME position, it feeds the coating substance to the drain pipe.
• In SPRAY position it feeds the pressurised substance through the hose
to the gun.
• Automatically relieves system pressure in overpressure situations.
B Valve button Taps the inlet valve ball when pushed to disengage it.
C Pressure regulator Increases (clockwise) and reduces (anticlockwise) the operating pressure
in the device system. Align the corresponding symbol on the pressure
regulator with the arrow to select a function.
D On / Off Switch Turns sprayer ON and OFF.

Suction Tube
The coating substance is fed to the pump from the paint pail through the
intake pipe.

Drain Tube
The coating substance is drained through the drain pipe when the device
is filled/pressure is relieved.

Airless Spray Gun
Coating substance escapes upon pulling the trigger. The substance flow
stops upon release. The device stops.
H Reversible Spray Tip • Atomises the coating substance and distributes it in a spray pattern
J Tip Guard Reduces the risk of injury caused by coating substance injections.
K Gun trigger lock Prevents accidental triggering of spray gun.
L Gun connection thread Threaded connection with pivoting joint for Airless hose.

Gun filter
Filters the coating substance fed into the spray gun to prevent/reduce the
risk of a clogged tip.

Pump unit
Pumps and pressurises liquids as well as feeds substances to the gun
through the paint hose – special feature: quick and easy to replace if
worn.
P Connection thread of the device Threaded connection for airless hose.
Q Airless Hose Transports high-pressure fluid from pump to spray gun.

Device filter
• Filters the coating substance output by the pump to reduce/prevent
clogged tips and create an acceptable surface finish.
• Self cleans only during pressure relief. Clean after each use.
T Intake filter Prevents solids and debris from accessing the pump.
U Power Cord Plugs into power source.

Easy Access Door
The maintenance flap provides quick access to the pump unit. Pull the
pump flap from the tabs and push upwards to open it.
W Storage container for intake pipe Holds suction and drain hoses.
X Pump Removal Tool Use cut out in the frame to remove/install pump packing.
Z
Inlet Valve Removal Tool
Cut out in the frame provide the tools to quickly remove/install the inlet
valve without additional tools.
Power Flush Attachment Connects garden hose to suction tube for power flushing water-based
fluids.
