6. Selection of airless nozzles
Selection of nozzles is governed by borehole and width of spray. Purposeful selection is determined by the spray width
required for a specific work procedure and the borehole for delivery of the desired quantity at optimum atomization.
Small boreholes with thin material and large boreholes with viscous material is a generally valid rule.
Below are the most used sizes for various materials.
Please note:
The maximum nozzle sizes recommended for the airless device used must not be exceeded.
