Setting the Timer to Turn One Cooking Zone Off
1. Touch the heating zone selection control (Fig. 24) and the Timer
control, the indicator will show [ 30 ] (Fig. 25).
2. Set the time by touching the [ – ] or [ + ] controls (Fig. 26).
Hint:
Touch the [ – ] or [ + ] control of the timer
once
to decrease or
increase the time by 1 minute.
Touch
and hold
the [ – ] or [ + ] control of the timer to
decrease or increase the time by 10 minutes.
If the setting time exceeds 99 minutes, the timer will
automatically return to 0.
3. To cancel, first touch the heating zone selection and then the
Timer
control, and [ -- ] will show in the display (Fig. 27).
4. When the time is set, the countdown will start immediately.
The display will show the remaining time and the timer
indicator will flash for 5 seconds (Fig. 28).
5. When the timer expires,
the cooking zone will
be switched off and the
display will show [ – ].
NOTE:
The illuminated
red dot next to the power level indicates that the respective
zone is selected (Fig. 29).
Setting the Timer to Turn More Than One Cooking
Zone Off
1. If you have set a timer for multiple cooking zones, the timer
indicator shows the shortest delay off-time. For example, if
you have set a 3 minute timer for one zone and a 6 minute
timer for another zone, the timer
indicator shows [ 3 ] (Fig. 30).
NOTE:
The red dot next to the
power level indicator will flash.
2. When the cooking timer expires,
the corresponding cooking zone
will be switched off automatically and the display will show [ – ]
(Fig. 31).
NOTE:
To change the time after the timer is set, start from step 1.
