Stimulator will only operate if it is within a
very short distance of the WAA Programmer
and such communication is disabled when
Bluetooth® is enabled. The WAA Programmer
uses encryption and proprietary data
protocols to reduce the likelihood of
inadvertent control or malicious “hacking” of
the System through Bluetooth®. Only the
WaveCrest
Application
is
able
to
communicate with the WAA Programmer via
Bluetooth®. No identifiable personal data is
stored or transmitted by the WAA
Programmer.
