Pump
Removing
N
Unscrew the pump from the
container.
N
Hold pump firmly by the cylinder
barrel and unlock the pump handle.
N
Pull the pump handle (1) out of the
cylinder barrel (2) as far as stop.
N
Pull pump handle and rotate it
counterclockwise until the gland (3)
is released from the cylinder barrel.
N
Pull the piston rod (4) out of the
cylinder barrel.
N
Lubricate the piston cup seal and O-
ring with a food-safe grease.
Installing
N
Push gland (1) with piston cup
seal (2) into the cylinder barrel (3).
N
Hold the gland (1) steady with your
thumb and push it into the cylinder
barrel.
N
Pull the pump handle (1) upwards
as far as stop.
N
Rotate the pump handle (1)
clockwise until gland (2) engages
the cylinder barrel.
N
Push the pump handle (1)
downwards and lock it in position.
N
Screw the pump into the container.
Cleaning the Filter
N
Unscrew the handle (1) from the
spray gun and take out the filter (2).
