12 Adjusting the Lawn Mower

11.4 Mounting and Removing the Side Discharge

Guide

11.4.1 Installing the Side Discharge Guide

To install the side discharge guide:
► Switch off the lawn mower,

15.2.

► Remove the fuse key and battery,

13.2 and

14.2.

► Position the lawn mower on a level surface.

► Open the side discharge cover (1) and hold it in position.
► Line up the recesses (2) in the side discharge guide (3)

below the pins (4).

► Close the side discharge cover.
The mulch insert must be mounted when the side discharge

guide is installed.

11.4.2 Removing the Side Discharge Guide

To remove the side discharge guide:
► Switch off the lawn mower,

15.2.

► Remove the fuse key and battery,

13.2 and

14.2.

► Position the lawn mower on a level surface.

► Open the side discharge cover (1) and hold it in position.
► Unhook the side discharge guide (2) upwards.
► Close the side discharge cover.

12.1 Unfolding and Adjusting the Handle

WARNING

Be sure not to pinch, kink or stress the control cables when

folding or unfolding the handle. Damaging the cable could

impact the activation and operation of the lawn mower and

result in an unsafe operating condition.

To unfold the handle:
► Switch off the lawn mower,

► Remove the fuse key and battery,

13.2 and

14.2.

► Position the lawn mower on a level surface.
