Using a transport guard
The type of transport guard used
depends on the type of metal cutting
attachment supplied with the machine.
Transport guards are also available as
special accessories.

guard

Swing retainer outward

Fit the transport guard to the cutting
attachment from below, ensuring
that the stop is centered in the
recess

Hook retainer into transport guard

guard and swing outward
