Adjusting the throttle cable

After assembling the blower or after it has been
operated for a long time, the throttle cable may have
to be readjusted.

The throttle cable may only be adjusted when the
blower is completely assembled.

Pull the throttle trigger all the way back.

Carefully turn the screw in the throttle trigger
until it starts to encounter resistance.

Install tank vent

Tank vents must not be reused.

Moisten the O-ring and bead with STIHL press
fluid.

Centre the tank vent in the hole.

Press in the tank vent until it locks; it must
audibly snap in.
