03  FUEL SYSTEM

SERVICE MANUAL MARINE ENGINES

8 

Push unit injector firmly downwards in order to position 

it correctly with the O-rings.

 

9 

Lubricate slide cup with motor oil, put it onto adju-

stment screw, as shown, and shift it together with 

rocker arm onto unit injector.

10 

Install retainer ring to secure the rocker arm.

11 

Screw  on  flange  nuts  (hexagon  nuts  SW  13)  and 

tighten evenly. Absolutely tighten nuts with a torque 

of 

18  /-2 Nm.

 

ATTENTION:

  Pay attention to  horizontal installation 

of mounting flange.
