Draining Fault

The unit is not draining correctly.
Check that the drain hose is installed correctly.
Check that the drain pump is running.
Check that the drain hose is not blocked.
Check the zone valve is working.

If the drain is restricted by the hospital’s drainage system, the max drain time might need increasing.

S180 Not Heating up

Perform heater reset as per Maintenance section of this manual.

❑

No Fill Fault

The bath has failed to reach the correct level in time. Check that the water supply is turned on. Check
levels are set correct. Check inlet filters on the solenoid valves are not blocked.

❑

Power Loss Fault

The power supply to the pasteuriser has been lost during a cycle.
