Not reaching temperature during pasteurisation

Check levels.
Check bottle probe is not damaged.
Check cycle settings.
Check whether heater thermostat re-set has tripped.
Temperature may need increasing as ambient temperature has changed or feed is thicker.
Check calibration of the pasteurisation probe to the pasteurizer

Not Chilling below 4⁰c

Check water levels.
If feed is thicker, chill time will need extending in the settings. See cycle setup of the Maintenance
Manual.
Check bottle probe is not damaged.
Check calibration of the pasteurisation probe to the pasteuriser being used.
