Chapter 4, Using Your élan Cybra, discusses how to turn on your
writer, LCD icon descriptions, how to connect your writer to your
computer for realtime writing and details about storing steno
strokes in the élan Cybra memory.

Turning the élan Cybra On and Off

The first gray button on the left side of the élan Cybra turns the
writer On and Off. This button is recessed to prevent the Cybra
from accidentally turning on during transport or off during use.
