PREPARING FOR TIG
WELDING
a welding mode;

1) Respect the instructions provided previously
regarding the primary connection and installation;
2) Connect the earth cable to the dinse socket.
Positive polarity (+);
3) Connect the torch to the socket of the machine
negative polarity (-);
4) Connect the gas connection for the torch to the
appropriate fitting on the front panel of the
machine;
5) Connect the gas cylinder to the appropriate
fitting located on the rear panel of the machine;
6) Press the Select Mode button (ref. 6) until one of
the TIG modes is selected, the LED is lid (ref.
2,3,4,5);
The available modes are:
2 Stroke TIG, 4 Stroke Tig, Spot Tig and Bilevel
Tig.
With the SETUP button (ref. G) it is possible to
access the submenus of the TIG mode, on the
first page TIG MAIN SETTINGS it is possible to
modify the main welding parameters indicated in
the following screens and graphs:

a Pre-Gas (0,1s - 2,0s)
b Slope-Up (0,1s-10s) only for DC;
c Slope Down (0,1s-10s);
d Post-Gas (0,1s-30s) ;
