Collets that fulfil the ERG 8 standard (with square end) or the ER 8 standard
(without square end) can be used.
With regard to collets without square ends or tools that do not fit perfectly with
the square end of the spindle, protection against slipping is only provided by the
frictional connection with the collet. There is no secure form-fitting connection.
