CALIBRATION GRAVITY
The scale displays the Calibration Gravity, e.g.
, indicating the Calibration
Gravity g = 9.794. The Calibration gravity range can be set from 9,700 to 9,899.
Press
or
, and
to modify the digital. Press
or , and
to move the digital. Input the Calibration Gravity value.
Press to exit and save. Press
or to exit without saving.
Press to enter the Max. Cap. settings.
MAX. CAPACITY
The scale displays the Max. Cap., e.g.
,indicating that the Max. Cap. is 3t.
-Do NOT attempt to set Max. Cap. greater than scale’s actual ca-
pacity. Overloading causes severe harm to scale, and is very dangerous.
Press
or
, and
, to change the Max. Cap.
Press to exit and save. Press
or to exit without saving.
Press to enter the Zero Detection settings.
ZERO DETECTION
The scale displays
.
Keep the scale without load and press
to start the weight detection.
The message
displays. After the detection is finished, the scale auto
-
matically enter the Load1 Detection.
In most cases, a one load calibration is enough. Calibrating scale with
more than one weight is usually required only when the scale’s linearity
performance is not desired.
LOAD 1 DETECTION
The scale displays
.
Load a standard weight, and press
to go to weight input interface.
The scale displays “00000”, waiting for user input.
Press
or
, and then
to modify the digital. Press
or ,
and then
, to move the digital. Input the Load1 weight.
The weight must exceed 0, otherwise
displays.
The weight must be lighter than 100% F.S., otherwise
displays.
If the weight is equal to 100% F.S., the scale automatically saves and exits
Calibration.
It is recommended to use a weight that is equal to the scale’s Max. Cap. to
calibrate the scale.

3) CALIBRATION
To meet metrology government’s requirement in some of European countries, the
scale is protected against a user calibration by a calibration plug. In that case,
the user must take off the front panel and short-cut the calibration plug P2. (see
pic. above).
If the calibration plug P2 is not short-cut, the error message
will be
displayed, indicating there is no plug on the required position.
After entering the Calibration settings, the plug P2 should not be shorted anymo-
re, otherwise, the scale will auto power-off.
This does not apply to crane scale SBS-KW-1000/10B.
Entering Calibration Settings
Press twice to enter the Password mode.
The scale displays
. Press
or
, and
to modify the digital. Press
or , and
, to move the digital. Input the Calibration password: P8416.
Press
to confirm the input and to enter Calibration.
The scale displays
Press
to enter the System Unit settings.
System Unit
The Scale displays the System Unit, e.g.
, indicating that the system unit
is kg. The System Unit can be set to: kg and lb.
Press
or
, and
, to change the System Unit.
Press to exit and save. Press
or to exit without saving.
Press to enter the Calibration Gravity settings.
