EN
− ic regulations.
− During the installation, consider all the
specific factors for the installation loca-
tion. This includes, amongst others, the
proximity and height of the adjoining
walls and public access.
− Prevent overloading the casing, the
lamella heat exchanger and the fan
grating once you have removed the
heating pump from the packaging.
− Do not install the heating pump in the
immediate proximity of vertical walls in
order to minimise sound wave rever-
berations as much as possible.
Heating pump setup
During installation observe the following points:
• Water pipe dimensions and source.
• Power supply location
• Mounting bracket and position
• Necessary clearance
• Sound wave reverberations and vibrations
• Drainage of condensation water
Mounting bracket and position
PLEASE NOTE!
Risk of damage!
Inappropriate installation locations and in-
stallation can cause damage.
− Install the heating pump outdoors.
Do not install the heating pump in en-
closed spaces.
− Observe a minimum distance of 3.5 m
from the swimming pool.
− Ensure that condensation water can
freely run off. The heating pump con-
tains a run-off vent for condensation
water.
− Ensure that damage to the heating
pump by possible leaking water or con-
densation water is avoided.
During installation, provide for outlets
or collecting containers.
− Install the heating pump on a solid, even
surface (a concrete slab or prefabricated
building element). The installation surface
should be slightly sloped so that rain and
condensation water can easily run off.
The installation surface gradient should a
maximum of 2 %.
− Ensure that rain water from roofs and
buildings does not flow onto the heat-
ing pump.
If necessary, install rain gutters or
drains.
− Do not install the heating pump below the
level of the swimming pool.
If the heating pump is installed below
the level of the swimming pool, poten-
tial leaks at the swimming pool can
cause the heating pump to flood and
therefore lead to damage.
− Ensure that the heating pump is not lo-
cated within the radius of action of ex-
isting irrigation systems; otherwise,
appropriate safety devices must be in-
stalled.
Necessary clearance
PLEASE NOTE!
Risk of damage!
Inappropriate installation locations and in-
stallation can cause damage.
− Avoid the circulation of air between the
heating pump inlet and output.
− Ensure that the air circulation generat-
ed by the fan is not prevented.
When choosing an installation location
pay attention to the prevailing wind di-
rection.
The prevailing wind direction should
not be opposite to the flow of the heat-
ing pump.
The necessary clearance ensures access to
the heating pump during operation and mainte-
nance work (see
Figure F
).
