For Markerboard Infills
1.
Place the markerboard, aluminum
bar and perforated infill so it is
laying flat against the floor. Push
the markerboard into the top of the
aluminum bar, and the perforated
infill into the bottom of the
aluminum bar.
2.
Attach the two sidebars, before
attaching the top and bottom bars.
3.
Attach lock washer, flat washer,
flange bearing and shoulder
screw to one end of panel and
attach flat washer, caster stem
and caster on opposite side.
4.
Snap the eraser tray onto the
center aluminum bar.
NOTE:
While tightening screws and caster
stems press in directions of arrows
(A) to remove any gap between rails.
Tighten all bolts completely to a
torque of 200-230 in/lbs.
