For Ribbed Privacy, Frosted Acrylic
and Perforated Infills

Place panel flat against the floor. Attach lock
washer, flat washer, flange bearing and shoulder
screw to one end of panel and attach flat washer,
caster stem and caster on opposite side.

NOTE:
While tightening screws and caster stems
press in directions of arrows (A) to remove
any gap between rails. Tighten all bolts
completely to a torque of 200-230 in/lbs.

NOTE:
When using acrylic infills, place foam strip in
channels of frame on all four sides. Ensure that
the foam does not extend beyond the end of
channels to interfere when assembling the frames.

2.
Orient infill so that the burn label is in the
lower right hand corner of the screen.
Perforated steel infill will not have a label.
3.
Attach the two side bars before attaching
the top and bottom.
