Install the upright tube over the tie rod with the
end with 2 notches toward the base mount. Align the
tube notches with the base mount tabs.

Assemble fillers on “T” base. Invert the base
and position it on the tie rod. Rotate slowly to
engage tabs into notches in the upright tube.
7.
“X" and "T” BASE - Install lock washer and
nut on the tie rod. Tighten 80 ft lbs.
NOTE: On square or rectangular tables,
position “X” bases with legs angled 45° from
the table length, aimed at the table corners.
On square, rectangular, boat or oval tables,
position “T” bases with legs at right angles to
the table length. Before tightening, measure
to be sure that bases are parallel with the
table ends and each other.
