1.
NOTE; Prior to installation of Auxiliary Top, remove the top drawer(s) or door(s). If Auxiliary Top is to be installed onto a
single file, Step 1 and proceed onto Step 2 of these directions.
Attaching files together
Locate and remove (2) knock-out slugs at the top of each
mating side of file.
CAUTION: Do not remove knock-out
slugs from any side other than mating sides.
1b.
Align files in exact floor location. Glides may be
adjusted for uneven floors.
1c.
Bolt files together at top using No. 10-24 x 1/2”
screws and No. 10-24 wing nuts.
1d.
To gang files together at the bottom (when necessary)
drill 1/4” dia. holes thru case sides approximately 4” up
from the bottom of file and 4” in from the front and back
file. Bolt together in the same manner as the top.
