Minimum distance from cooktop
The minimum distance between the gas cooktop and
the bottom of the hood must be at least 750 mm. If the
gas cooktop manual specifies a greater distance, this
should be taken into account.
At horizontal sections, the pipe must be slightly tilted
upwards (about +10%) to allow the extracted air to exit
more easily.
Keep the number of bends to a minimum and check that
pipes are the minimum essential length.
