UPPER BEARING ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE:
Make certain that you have followed all of the
steps in the SETTING BLADE TENSION section in the
ADJUSTMENTS section of this manual prior to starting
this section.
1. Loosen adjust nut (A) and slide thrust bearing (B)
until it is within .003 of the saw blade. This is
equivalent to about the thickness of a dollar bill.
Once the thrust bearing is set, retighten adjust nut

2. The block guide (E) should be positioned within
1/32” of the blade. If an adjustment is necessary,
loosen thumbscrew (C) and adjust knob (D) until the
is within 1/32” of the blade. Use this
process for the left and right

place. Loosen and move if necessary to achieve
1/32" to the blade, and then tighten.
3. Once
