Troubleshooting
Dear Client,
Thank you for buying this STEBA product. The following table will help you with pro-
blems that may occur when using your device. For many problems there is a simple
solution, because not everything that appears like a malfunction must be serious.
Please check the following list before contacting our customer service.

∙ Stainless steel frame is not

∙ Fan is blocked
∙ Ventilation slots are blocked
∙ Let the device cool down and
insert the frame
∙ Remove blocking objects
∙ Clean the ventilation slots

∙ Temperature sensor does not

∙ The heating process has not
been completed within 10 min-
utes and has been cancelled.
Possible causes: strong wind,
cold environment
∙ Press the button again, the

∙ If the error is repeated under
normal conditions, another er-

“Err/Hot”
∙ Device is warmer than 50°C in
the area of the electronics and
turns off
∙ Is the lower resting tray in-
serted?
∙ Allow the device to cool down
and restart
