Handling
Before first use clean the device with a damp cloth. Then run for about 30 minutes to
clear possible odors of production.
Please connect the device. The display shows 00
Push the button . 00 flashes in the display.
Push the button °C at once. The last set temperature appears. The desired tempera-
ture can be set in steps of 5 °C form 40°C – 70°C.
Then push the time button. 00hr flashes in the display. By pushing the button again
the time can be set in steps of one hour.
After a few seconds, the fan begins to run.
The display alternately shows the set temperature and remaining time.
If you want to change the temperature during operation, push the button °C again.
The set temperature flashes. Now set the new desired temperature in steps of 5 °C.
The device keeps on running with new temperature and remaining time.
After the time run out the device shuts off.
Trays
The device is delivered with 5 trays and one mat for herbs. Depending on the amount
of food to dry, the device can be run with one to five trays (max. 7 trays). Additional
trays (set of 2 trays) are available in selected stores and at Steba-Serivce.

Mat for herbs
Put the mat for herbs in one tray. Lay the herbs on the mat and dry for about 2 hours.
