Intended use
This vacuum cleaner may only be used to vacuum substances for which the vacuum cleaner is suitable accor-
ding to the type plate. Incorrect or improper use will void the warranty.
The vacuum cleaner is intended for the following applicati ons:
Dust class L
(light hazard as defi ned by standard EN 60335-2-69)
According to the EN standard, the industrial vacuum is approved for dust class L, thus vacuuming up dry,
non-fl ammable and non-toxic dust with maximum allowable concentrati ons (MAC) > 1mg/m³. The clean air is
then emitt ed on site.
Dust class M (also includes dust class L)
(moderate hazard as defi ned by standard EN 60335-2-69)
The industrial vacuum is approved for dangerous, dry, non-fl ammable dust with a maximum allowable concent-
rati on over 0.1mg/m³.
Dust class H (also includes dust classes L and M)
(high hazard as defi ned by standard EN 60335-2-69)
The industrial vacuum is suitable for dangerous, dry, non-fl ammable dust with all maximum allowable concent-
rati ons, as well as dry, non-fl ammable dust containing carcinogenic substances. The clean air is then emitt ed on
site. The vacuumed material must be disposed of dust-free. Install the PE emptying bag in the container.
Use in Ex dust area (type 22)
Industrial vacuums with the additi on „Type 22" can safely be used to vacuum up fl ammable, dry, non-conducti -
ve dust in Zone 22. This excludes dust with an extremely low minimum igniti on energy (MIE < 1mJ). Use for this
type of dust requires a specifi c safety assessment and potenti ally additi onal measures.
DANGER
Never vacuum up glowing dust or other igniti on hazards. The vacuum cleaner must not be used on
spark-producing machines. Never vacuum up fl ammable liquids – explosion hazard.
This device is not suitable for holding fl ammable dusts mixed with liquids.
